With a harping tradition that dates back to the 11th Century, Wales is proud of its rich musical and cultural heritage. The harp scene today is very much alive and flourishing, making Cardiff an ideal host city for #WHC2022. Our schools and colleges are brimming with young and enthusiastic students, and the Artistic Committee comprises of internationally renowned teachers and soloists.
Since the postponement of the 2020 Congress due to the Coronavirus pandemic,
this committee has organised this 'Online from Wales' event
for delegates to enjoy in 2021. The committee are now working hard on delivering
the 14th World Harp Congress in Cardiff, Wales, in July 2022.
